Refund policy

Returns. Stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup if unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Contact hello@riggalagos.com or 0903 250 6496 with your order number before returning.

Refunds. Once the item is received and inspected at 27 Tejuosho Road, Lagos, refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 working days. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Damage on delivery. Inspect items on delivery and report any damage within 24 hours with photos. Rigga will repair or replace the item.

Not returnable. Custom colours, custom poses, branded pieces and other Rigga Atelier work, and rental items (see the rental policy).
